 “Since I began using the Barefoot Connections™  bed sheets and Athletic Recovery Bag, my recovery time is noticeably reduced; I require about an hour less sleep at night and I wake up more energized and refreshed.
 Recently, I had an experience that has verified, for me, the unquestionable power of the connection with the earth.  For the last several years my allergic reaction to bee stings has been increasing. I have been stung three years in a row while training, and each year the reaction has gotten worse. Last year I had to go to the emergency room because of the severe swelling. This year, I was doing my last intensive training in preparation for the Ironman World Championship. On the 3rd day, I was stung in the chest and thought I was going to lose 3 or 4 days of training. As soon as I got home, I placed a conductive patch over the area of the sting and plugged it into the Earth Tap.  After a couple of hours, there was no swelling and no allergic reaction.  The earth connection is so incredible, and the Barefoot Connections™ products have been working so well with my training and recovery. I feel such a difference since I started using them. This recent experience provides unquestionable, tangible evidence for me.
