When purchasing this product it is important to understand where the benefits come from. Studies are reveling that direct contact with the earth is vital to many aspects of our health. The barefoot connections™ product is simply an extension to the earth’s service. This enables our bodies to receive the free electrons that the earth provides while we sleep. When possible use a grounding rod for more effective results. If a grounding rod cannot be used because of bed location then all products come with an “Earth Tap” that can be plugged in to any US grounded outlet. This device uses your house ground to achieve a convenient way of grounding the body.
All products are 100% guaranteed from any out of the box manufacture defects. Customer should call 888-497-7775 ext. 2 for a return authorization number within 30 days of the purchase date. After a return authorization number has been issued the customer may return merchandise to the address given at the time of the call. No returns are processed at the GFL office. When the product is received it will be tested and exchanged.
Because this is a bedding product we can not accept returns after this product has been used. Any unopened product may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you would like the product tested you may send it to us for testing at any time. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If for any reason the product is defective we will replace it with a new one.
No refunds will be issued without a return authorization number.
